5AM ALARM to visit the park in darkness!

Our morning view looked like a city from an airplane.

Steam vent to get warm...but also WET!




We didn't notice the many steam vents along our drive yesterday as it was so cloudy. This morning it was clear and gave us a different perspective. It has been rainy,  & cool (67degrees). 
We were up at 5AM which means Mike can watch the Husker BB game here at 11:30AM!

Home Sweet Home!

We got home on Thursday, February 23rd close to midnight. It was -3 degrees in NE, but  my orchids were blooming and yes...it is HOME SWEET ...
